Florence Italy

in.florence.co.uk aims to help you enjoy Florence to the fullest, giving you practical information on Florence car hire, the Florence airport and Hotels in Florence Italy, as well as information on cultural events, sports and weather. In other words, all you need to enjoy your holiday.

Florence is situated in the north west of the Italy, cradled in the arms of its Renaissance masterpieces and surrounded by the wine-growing hills of Chianti. Autumn is the best time to visit, as the tourist season has wound down and the balmy evenings wash the streets in a soft light.

Italy, according to UNESCO, has 60% of the world's most important art works, half of these are located in Florence. This makes Florence, I think you’ll agree, a city for art lovers.
